Okay, it's obvious Sirithil has no care to use Ravenholdt as a replaced Manor spot (because our current one is terribad)...
...So, therefore, I will claim it for myself. It's a level 20-30 area, not too demanding. You have to run psat a horde spot and evade some level 25 bears and spiders.
However, I do not want to just say "It's mine now", I need a specific event. And I'm terrible at idea, as I've never done anything remotely major. And I'd say this is pretty significant, because it's a /really/ big spot of land.
My first idea is to perhaps, rally the nightstone members to kill an instance boss that happens to be the current owner of the area. Like an assassination.
I mean, that's how she got her house in Duskwood >_> But that's a small house so her story of "I killed a man for it" works well enough.
But this is bigger, so it needs to be a little more complicated, therefore I ask for your help.
And perhaps a different name than "House Dakaa", because Dakaa doesn't sound good on ANYTHING.

EDIT: From my brilliant brother, this idea forms:
Through some series of events Allein befriends the owner of the Ravenholdt facility. However, a possible instance boss attempts to exploit said friendship, and locks Allein up somewhere. A party (most likely including her wife), plows through and gets her out. The Ravenholdt leader tries to expend his forces to aid in Allein's save (as they are buds by this point), but that makes the sources depelted, and the Bad guy tries to Attack ravenholdt. He takes Allein hostage before this to be "Surrender the place or she dies" type thing. So people save Allein, others save Ravenholdt.
For some reason or another, The main guy of Ravenholdt goes all "Too old for this. I'll stay around as the caretaker, would you like to have the lands?" Not those simple terms of course...
It's involved 4 Breakdowns:
1) Friendship (short / intro)
2) Capture! (medium-long/instance)
3) Surprise attack! (medium-long / Ravenholdt)
4) Dowry (short / conclusion)
Dowry, because Allein and Feriness never exhcnaged gifts or had a Dowry. I sort of forgot how my brother fit that in.
But, ugh, it's a brainstorm.
